I see there are many many job openings in LinkedIn jobs. I have personally applied for over 200 devops positions. But absolute silence, or rejection. What's happening?

Seems like it is useless to apply anywhere without a referral
So have countless others.
How do you know the application went through? No email confirmation comes, just a pop-up comes which says āprofile shared with job posterā. Isnāt it? I doubt the application actually gets applied.
Hello guys; I have been actively applying to job/internship openings on LinkedIn (It might have reached 50+ by now) but what I get is either they ghost me, or reject me.
There's only 1 or 2 companies where I actually received a response...

Leave the count of applicants. Entry level doesn't even mean entry level anymore (*looking at you LinkedIn). You guys got any other avenues for job search. I am a data analyst with 2+ yrs of exp.
