Silent quitting at gojek
Received at least 10+ emails of people exiting today. Most senior managers or leadership positions. Attrition is almost all time high. I got to know atleast 5 more are yet to quit. Something cooking?
Heard they have mandated 5 days WFO and one of the investor has become CEO. Would there be another round of layoffs?
When investors take over day to day running, it ends up with high profile exits and layoffs

First of all people in mgmt realised late, multiple teams were using different softwares like asana, jira, and what else for doing project mgmt. Designers use to have n number of software just to make things work. No of business trips design/otherr(transfort,food) team has done is can;t be compared. They should have minimized it . The way things are going on , cannot say gojek is going to meet their goal in 2023 of edbita profitable. Things are moving at a very slow pace. People who left , stated some of the new things which are started or in progress, may not guarantee it will go well
