Received at least 10+ emails of people exiting today. Most senior managers or leadership positions. Attrition is almost all time high. I got to know atleast 5 more are yet to quit. Something cooking?

Layoffs recently plus stock market is not trending well for them. In cost optimization mode instead of building new roadmap possibly. Some insider can share more info.

The long standing CEO stepped down and one of the Investors is the CEO now.. The stock price has not been coming up since last year. Silent Layoffs, not much of the transparency from upper management (which used to be there a year back), weak leadership and no one is on top to look for. There are more reasons but these are the things which i think the majority of the people are seeing.

Layoffs layoffs everywhere not a company to think.
Pay is decent and most companies I interviewed don't even pay 30+ for SSE with 4+ years which anyone in gojek could demand

Prior to these layoffs, lots of these companies were the ones developers looked towards as ideal companies to work for. It's sad that now we can't recall any such companies that are not tainted.
