Not the old gojek. They're conducting silent layoffs every quarter to boost share prices. But still the share prices never go up. Don't get attracted by the salary. I've seen engineering managers who has been in the company for 6 years get laid off. There is no mental peace for others who work here since we're asked to handle 3 people's work at once.

I can only tell about my team... It's fine I guess. Work life balance goes for a toss but I can't complain about the colleagues or the higher ups
