What's the Average Salary for a Software Development Engineer II at Salesforce?

I'm curious about the salary range for a Software Development Engineer II (SDE2) at Salesforce. Does anyone have insights or experiences they'd be willing to share? Any information about the salary compared to industry standards would also be appreciated!

There is no sde concept at Salesforce. The roles are amts,mts,smts,lmts,pmts. Mts stands for member of technical staff.

The ranges are 18-23, 27-40, 48-65, 70-85 and ? Respectively. "?" means not sure about pmts range for Indian employees. The above are based pay. 10%, 10%, 15%, 15%, 20% are bonus on top of base. Which usually is paid.
Stocks are highly volatile, no comments. Some folks get 0, some get 100k usd/4 years

Sde2 usually maps to highly experienced mts and mid experience smts.
