What's the minimum expectation you have when you go out to a venue/event?

People usually spend 2-3k or more in tier 1 cities for a weekend of going out (including travel).

Do you have a checklist in mind of what you absolutely want/don't want when going out?

For me, i usually expect good food+hygiene, less noise (unless it's a concert/party), and non diluted drinks (really pisses me off when they dilute cocktails).

Do share yours in comments, and if you have a fixed/flexible budget of sorts for going out.

Yep all those things you mentioned plus some high quality people at the venue. Not hooligans. This is very important.

Events where people are rowdy are very bad

Oh yes, missed that. But if you go to places where you spend a decent amount, they will usually have a decent crowd for the most part by default no? At least that's what I've seen.

Like you don't see or expect rowdy people in 5 star hotels for ex.

That's your minimum criteria? Nothing else? šŸ¤”

Which city are you in? Is parking that big a problem there?

I live in a tier 2 city
Budget - 1-1.5k every outing
Must things Good food + second thing the place shouldn't have creeps and chapris as they are huge turn off. Btw my partner love authentic orientals and Italian so we usually go to these places which can offer this

Small suggestion to not use the word chapri. It is a real community of people in India .
