Whats the story behind the coding ninjas incident ?

This video is doing the rounds and the company has admitted this happened😲 Does anyone know what's the context to this and why would any one do this ?

Founder came and wrote on Twitter that they had some sales leader do some corrupt thing, and hence had to take that action
