When did 20s body start to feel like 60s one?

I (F) frequently fight with my teenage brother (he initiates). As I am literally half his size, he just holds my wrists, I kick him, and he blocks. Our fights aren't meant to cause harm, this is just how we bond, test and tease each other.

But today, after we fought, I noticed that I had got a bruise on my knee, which is still hurting like hell.

What baffles me is that our fights aren't that aggressive, so I don't understand how one simple fight has left me with a bruise which is making even normal movement a difficult task.

Bhyi abhi se itne buddhe ho gaye hai, aage kya hoga pata nhi.

@CharSoBees @SoggyBasil4 @CuriousSaucy thank you all for your suggestions. I am actually very underweight (always have been because of genetics), and in recent years nutrition has also taken a hit due to some circumstances.
This bruise and your comments were the final wake up call that my body needs my attention, immediately.

Get your vit b12, vit d and iron levels checked. Also try adding dry fruits if you like them to your diet, don't know about weight gain but they definitely provide strength and easy nutrition to the body. I feel the difference by having them. Bruise is not a thing to be stressed about in general, stress is killing us more and we often ignore it, lol.

Maybe you are low on calcium and vit d and knee area is sensitive and crucial for movement, so even small injury can cause the worst of pain.
