Where to buy an apartment in Bangalore?

I have a budget of 1cr. I’d probably stay there for as long as I have to go to office. But that could change at some point. I am not a Bangalore native so I will go back to my native place. So I’d like to buy in good areas where it can actually be a good investment too.

What builders to target? What areas to target? Any bad experience you’ve had with any builders or anything that you’d like to share.
