Actually for me I had learnt it in my school chosed french as an additional language from 6-10th std. But you can have a look at apps on the playstore which teach french and then try watching some short videos of that language to get hold of the accents. Hope it helps :).

You can learn German and Dutch will be much easier to learn afterwards, I think then you can move to learn Spanish then in the end maybe Korean.
