How to feel energetic throughout the day
Same as title. I am 31M and I feel less on energy entire day. I sleep good 8 hours and eat home cooked food for lunch and dinner. (I am a vegetarian) Is there any supplement you have tried and worked for you?
Wanted to know if there are certain supplements (especially vitamins) that have significantly improved the quality of your life. I struggle with poor energy and hence asking. I sleep well, have a nutritious diet, and exercise regularly but poor energy still plagues me.
Daily morning sunlight, lift intense x 3 week , creatine , sleep at least 7 hrs
Run for 2km daily in sunlight
Modafinil and baccopa monieri. Rest all ashwagandha
Since you are having a nutritious diet, all the macro & micro nutrients are taken care of. I'm assuming it's something you consume with a clear understanding of your calorie output throughout the day incl. strength training.
A common issue with micro-nutrients is not so much a deficit but overtaking them as supplements are readily available.
Even sleep (rem) could be an issue, but as per you - it's not.
So, I'll suggest that since you're doing it all correct, consult a family doctor (&/or a therapist) if it's really chronic - could be stress etc. Only a medical professional should advise you what to do here!
Hope that helps.

I try to walk every day around 4 kilometers back and forth from the office. I take vitamin D3 10,000 IU once a week and consume about 50-100 grams of protein daily. Additionally, I play 45 minutes of badminton twice a week for agility.
