Why so much hate against WITCH companies?

I understand that they pay less and it's a sweatshop type atmosphere in these companies, but all these influencers are making people believe that sitting idle without work is better than joining these companies. I feel that especially students and freshers are getting influenced into thinking that they have to get 40+lpa packages and if they don't, then it's their fault they should purchase some shitty course that influencers are peddling. Some influencers have even said that joining WITCH might even harm peoples' career. Is this true or far from reality?

It is true, they take a lot out of you

If you stay long in WITCH - you learn to compromise because they never give you what you deserve,
You cascade this to juniors, even if someone is doing extraordinarily work , he/she will get peanuts
I knew folks who are doing so much work , they would be earning triple of their current salary if they switch from WITCH.
You develop slave mentality- will do everything for client and expect nothing ,
For the sake of safety of the job you compromise on everything- Salary, lifestyle,
You will always be MEDIOCRE if you stay in WITCH ( during your young age (25-40) )
You will become a person who will see that bad things are happening to juniors but you will stay mum ( like a stone), it will hit you if you are a good person
If you move out , you can do so much better in so many things. It’s a TRAP , more you stay it will become difficult to come out.
WITCH will not give you anything when you want, they will give you that when time has gone , You will accept it as you don’t have an option and start faking happiness.

WITCH was what gave and are giving livelihood to a lot of people. While some of the projects may not be interesting, some do. It’s far from reality that it will harm people’s career.
People have jumped from WITCH to high paying jobs/better profiles. It all depends on the capabilities and the hard work of the individual.

So-called influencers would just do anything for their engagement and money.
