Work culture of Groww

Just saw so many fresher hirings done by Groww from various IITs, But also noticed a few Groww employees being open to work having already quit(or removed). 🤔

How's the culture and WLB at Groww ? Was there any silent Layoffs ? If yes then why hire so many freshers. 😣
