Just move to Pune for small IT firm which had 50 employees for PM profile. Work life balance is tossed out. Working for 13-14 hours (as Management, team and Customer all three are available at different hours) & it's 20 days since I join. How should I move ahead? And what approach o should have for new job hunt?
