Working as a ghost developer

Hi viners, I am a 23 pass out and I joined an organisation from my college placements, which is a startup in a metro city which works on web dev and web3 domain basically. So in the first 6 months of my internship, I got some exposure of frontend, web3, solidity and then gained interest in backend. Later on when I got full-time offer, was deployed on a US based project where I am working on the profile of a 9 years experienced node js developer as a ghost developer since last 8 months and it has been smooth so far, I have handled most of the things and I am performing well, my manager is also quite impressed with me there but I am not seeing any personal growth or professional growth working there as it has reached kind of a saturation and I am not learning anything new. So, please help me out with some suggestions if you have any? And also now I am a 1+ years experienced full stack dev with knowledge of web3 and blockchain stack, so any job reccs will also be appreciated, as my priority is to switch as early as possible

Sorry, but what is a “ghost developer”? Your organisation bills the Client in the name of some person who just doesn’t exist? 🤔

That person actually exists, that is my CEO only, but I work bearing his name and the client don't know that he is the CEO of a company, rather they think he is just a developer

Kya paheli hai Bhai!🤦‍♂️

Can you share company or compensation as I worked on Solidity few months back but didn't enjoyed much.😅
