Working from office is really bad for me

I moved to Bangalore few months back and started working for a manufacturing resource planning SaaS company so I don’t like the work culture over here they have six days work week and sometimes I work overnight also due to this reason I have zero social life and I am pissed off from my work also cannot upscale myself.  Whenever we say that we need Saturdays off the CEO says that after funding is raised the Saturdays will be off it really doesn’t make sense.  also people over here or micromanaging every time asking for every Nick of details. I am annoyed with this shit
