A lady took the first round which was through a video call . It was a discussion for a senior role. Objective of this discussion was to collect information about my work experience and share the information in a specific format with founders. Lady started the discussion with camera on but was constantly smiling to someone in the office as if there is some discussion is going on and she has to do this work which she is totally not interested in. Later she switched off the camera and continued the discussion . After that she shared a screen and asked me to help her filling the details. Even if I get a call from Thai company , I am not gonna appear for an interview. Speaks a lot about the culture this company is having.
