How to find time to self study?

As the title says, because I don't get time for that. I only study on weekends. I have heard many people upskill with their jobs. How do you guys do it? What am I missing?

10am to 6am working at the start up as SDE, then gym, cook food and sleep Not getting time to study for a switch, how do you guys manage..

I am interested in specializing in fullstack development with modern tech stack, nextjs, prisma, postgresql, shadui. My current project has over a million loc, ancient tech stack though: java struts, weblogic. Build time takes around 2 hours and running it locally is a 8 point story task everytime. I have been trying my best to learn on the side. Have also built some projects but I need to be more fluent. Only my debugging skills and code navigation has improved and that too has peaked. I am now feeling stuck. Coming from office tired and then I feel guilty for not having learned on the side because I am mentally tired in office. Can anyone suggest how they dealt with this kind of problem or if my perspective is wrong

Hello folks, I am facing a time management hurdle. I am doing a full time job which takes 9 hrs of my time. Office days you can make it 10. I am also prepping for my GMAT and aiming for a good score (already cancelled my previous 700 in older format, aiming for a 715+ in new GMAT FE). I have gained a bit of weight and BMI is slid into overweight by a narrow margin (83.5 kgs and 181 cms). I am also learning a few things related to my current job to upgrade myself. So I need to balance: job, prep, health and learning, all seeming mandatory at this point. I work 2PM - 11PM, have househelp for cleaning and a cook for cooking. People who have done this before, how did you manage? I am finding it extremely difficult. In theory, it looks easy as there are 24 hrs you know it's not the case. Between all the things I need to catch small breaks as well. Need advise.

I work in remote mode full time, occasionally visit the office, once in 3 months. My office is located in a different city from where I live in. The work I do is challenging and interesting, but I manage to complete my tasks by working for max 4-5 hours a day. Remaining time of the day, I get distracted, not with household duties but by doing research on random stuff. I want start a company, but I have no idea where to start. I consume a lot of information, yet most of the time I spend goes unproductive. By nature, I am very unorganized. Most of my friends are busy in their own world and I don’t want to disturb them seeking advice. Any idea how I can get over this habit to make productive use of my time, while WFH?

Want to switch but my day starts at around 11 officially and the calls keep on going till 9pm and sometimes later. After that I feel there is no energy in me to study 😭

Currently at 125kgs and 26M. Working in Bangalore. 2 hours goes in travelling (both ways included) and 9 hours in office everyday(Mon-Fri). Please share some tips/transformation stories which can help me in loosing weight. My target is to reach 85kgs.

Have to wfo , project is taking more than 12hours but no new technologies. Wanted to write AWS exam saa co3 on 28 Feb. Still iam very beginner. Not getting time to study as office and family demands. Please give ur advice how to overcome. I want to upskill and move out ASAP as salary is very low even though having more experience.

Hi Folks, I wanna prepare for GMAT and build a profile for a top business school. However, with the high demanding work and a lot of late nights I am not able to get enough time and at times enough motivation to study. Does anyone have any recommendations as to what should I do or what sort of plan I can follow ?
