I have worked in startups for 3 years (1 as an intern then 2 years fulltime) in the marketing team
Currently, I'm getting 8 LPA for the last one year then now I'm getting a hike to have 10 LPA with founder's office role but it needs me to shift to HSR bengaluru.
Should I take up this role? Considering my goal is to crack mba college not work for long in the startup world only.
Do not do this. Founder's office roles are so full of shit. P.S. I have worked with 2 billionaires in their founder's office role. Shit still.
