100% belies anecdotal evidence

I spend 10k+ a month on QC +FD. Have been doing this for the last three years, and in 5-6 distinct locations (Mumbai, Delhi-NCR).

I have never ever in my life seen Swiggy beat Zomato (FD, QC) on delivery times.

And I use both very liberally.

But I guess JP Morgan knows better with their dipstick analysis.

Swiggy will, at times, promise to deliver faster (and then reneg it). But the only thing they deliver with consistency is disappointment.
