Working as SDE in Banking v/s Product

I work for a private sector bank in India as a product manager. The bank is still lagging behind in terms of tools and softwares. We never use JIRA, Power BI or any other commonly used tools/software in product management. It is largely MS Excel,word or Powerpoint driven. Though the story is pretty much same for all Indian banks but I want to upskill and be confident enough to interview for any PM role outside of banking. Please suggest what should be my upskill path and how do I stay competitive.

As a tech PM with banking product experience, which other sector companies can hire me? I have 4+ years of PM experience. Which start ups and sectors should i target?

We have heard so much about how IT services consulting company is bad over Product based company (e.g. TCS vs Amazon/Microsoft ). I want to know about pros and cons of going into a consulting company from a product based company. I felt my learning was very slow in the Product based company and hence thinking of joining a startup. Right now I have an offer from IT consulting startup in the domain of AI, Blockchain, Cloud Applications. What can you tell me about this? I looked on LinkedIn but there are not enough employees (250 only) , so unable to get opinions. Most of them are 1-3 yrs experience and joined right out of college. So their views are not helping much.

Heard a lot about "good wlb" in Jpmc India (Software Engineers) from seniors. What are your thoughts

I'm currently interviewing for 2 companies, 1st one is Deloitte and another one is a seed stage startup that has a potential to make it big ( I'm assuming). The founder is super nice and I'll be working with him and a product engineer. What are the pros and cons of working in both the companies? Ps- I'm having an experience of working as a ux designer in a design agency for 2 years
