Amazon did a scam to me.

I bought a boat smartwatch from Amazon a month ago . There was a glitch in that watch , so I ordered replacement. ( But they said replacement is not available, we will refund you, get the product ready to return ) . Then the delivery boy came after 4-5 days of continuous call and took that watch and gone . First, they said , we will do enquiry about your order which took another 5 days . And suddenly after 5 days upon my call , they said " you sent a wrong item in return it is not watch , something else which we can't share . ( Means that delivery boy replaced my item in between) . I was shocked to hear . Seriously, your delivery boy didn't know what he was taking back to Amazon . ( And I tried to contact to that delivery person, mam said I can't share that info and not able to refund your money ). Means my money and item both gone. Even they are not afraid of consumer court . What to do grapiesss?

Amazon user experience

It's disheartening when you try not to harbor negative feelings towards someone, but their actions make it challenging. This little rant is regarding my recent experiences with Amazon. As a loyal Amazon customer, Amazon has always been my first choice for online shopping. However, my relationship with Amazon has been deteriorating over the past few months. Contacting Customer Service Firstly, Amazon, why is it so difficult to contact you for an order-related query? Why do I have to hunt furiously for the CTA every time I need to reach customer service? And if my query remains unresolved, I have to go through the entire process again, explaining my issue from scratch. It’s quite disappointing to experience this from such a massive giant. Delivery Executives and Sellers Doorstep Delivery? Prime Membership? What is the relevance of these when they do not apply to "Prime Members"? Yes, my home is on the 4th floor without elevator service (I’m not a privileged citizen, living in Bangalore). I understand the challenges delivery executives face climbing all four floors to deliver a product. I occasionally go downstairs to collect my order whenever possible. However, last week, when I was sick with a fever and confined to my bed, I asked the delivery executive to bring the package to the 4th floor. A few minutes later, I received a message that the delivery attempt had failed. I tried to contact the delivery person, but my call was cut off. I called Amazon customer support, and they assured me the delivery would be re-attempted and necessary actions would be taken. The next day, I received a call from the delivery executive. Unfortunately, I was in a meeting and asked for the delivery to be made to my door again. The same scenario repeated. Do you all think the Amazon user experience is transparent? Can anyone help me how I can contact their customer service executive.

F*ck you Swiggy!

I placed an order on swiggy from Meghana’s. The order was of 1700 and I was trying to order one more item and cancelled the order by mistake. I cancelled the order within 1 min but reached out to support team for the refund. The cancellation button on the order has this little 4 bars which I thought was the allowed time to cancel an order. And if I remember correctly there was a dark pattern where there was no additional confirmation to check whether I’m okay to cancel the order with the entire amount as penalty. If they had asked or pointed out that the full amount was going to be levied as a penalty, I would have chosen to get this delivered. They had charged entire bill amount for cancellation and responded saying this is according to the police. I tried to understand how charging entire amount is reasonable. I tried making them realise that even if they had charged 500 rupees I would understand the charges. Later they asked me to write an email regarding the same. I wrote that email and now I have got an update that they won’t be able to refund any amount. This is Meghana’s biriyani, and it was almost within 1 minute and they charge the entire fucking bill amount. I am still okay to pay a cancellation charge if the food was prepared or was on the way to deliver but full amount for within 1 min. I truly hate how these fucking companies choose to be so callous towards both employees and customers. I always believed that most companies are empathetic towards customers and employees but I guess I’m wrong. From the bottom of my heart, - F*ck you Swiggy! - F*ck you for being insensitive towards customers - F*ck you to your policies that makes a customer suffer - F*ck you to taking away a customers money and hoarding it with the restaurant for zero service delivery - F*ck your leadership team for using profitability as an excuse to hide behind shitty customer experience - F*ck your strategy and legal team to devise those cancellation policies
