What should I do in my career, Anons?

Hi, I am an M. Tech CSE graduate from tier 1 college. I have one year of experience in back-end development. My current CTC is 14 lpa with 12.6 lpa as base pay. I got an offer from a fintech startup with 15.5 lpa as base pay, 74k variable and 1.5 lpa as ESOPs vested over 4 years. Am I low balled in the offer? My current company has a notice period of 60 days and the offer company needs joining in 30 days which in turn needs me to pay back for the remaining 30 days. I kindly request your help in taking the decision.

Hey everyone, I am currently working as a security analyst working for a company that provides pentesting as a service to its clients. I am getting paid 17lpa fixed salary. I earn 80-90k from freelancing every month pre taxes. So should I switch or not. It's been 3 years I am in this company and I can't see much growth now. I will be doing the same work. The work is full remote and the culture of company s also nice and workload is fine. What should I do? Should I look for a product based company but most of them call onsite. I want remote work only that is mandatory.

Currently I’m in a 600 member saas company with 23L CTC (60% fixed) - Account Management role. The culture is great and the work was joyful until 3-4 months back. Now its not that joyful nor am I enthusiastic about the company’s future. I have an offer from a 200 member saas company who has grown rapidly even in such economic conditions. Getting an offer of 18 to 20L (90% fixed) - CSM role. What would you choose if you were in my place?

I am awaiting an offer from a big MNC, and I have discussions ongoing with some small companies as well. My notice period is now over, as my project is finished and they asked me to leave in a month (they don't want to keep me on the bench) So, I wanted to check if there would be any issues if I opt to join a small company whoever offers me first and then whenever the big ones offer, leave the small company dropping them a mail and returning their assets, and join the big one without serving the notice period in the small company? Kindly advice.

I got an offer from splunk. The issue is last month I joined a banking MNC with 29 LPA as a fixed CTC. Right now Splunk is offering 22 LPA as base, 19 LPA as Retention bonus, and other benefits which makes my total CTC as 41 LPA. Not sure what to do? At one side I have a stable higher base pay job and on the other side a higher ctc and interesting job.

Recently, I've completed 1 year into my role and my CTC is 16LPA. The company is a startup, and I've got ESOPs which are included in CTC. It has been an year, and I'm thinking of making a switch. But still can't decide whether I should bet on ESOPs and stay, or get a higher pay and switch? The company culture is pretty good, and it's a remote role, plus not much work load. :) But apparently, I'm worried if everyone else is making a switching companies with a 50% raise, why should I stick with 10% appraisal at a single company? Would love to hear your thoughts.

I work in a US based fintech named as One.App I've joined them in January this year only. The thing is my manager is kind of toxic. What makes him toxic is he doesn't talk to me much whenever I go to him with problems instead of trying to help me. He says something like that's so poor documentation, I am horrified by looking at it. He doesn't even help me in making it better. Tries to just divert me to other people for help. I have in total 5 years of experience. The other company I am getting offers from is HackerRank. It offers me 12 Lacs less than the One.App but I've heard good things about them. So what do you guys think I should do?

I work at a product startup and it's been 1yr and 3 months now. It is my first job. We are an engineering group of 5 including the CTO. After 5 months I joined, we stopped our B2B product and started working on a B2C product which is very promising. But since last 6-7 months we are not getting our salaries and I don't know what to do. It's been hard finding a new job because most of them demand more than 2,3 years of experience. I would like to work on startups again for the intense learning atmosphere they provide. Can someone help

I am an APM with 1 YOE, I am fed up with this toxic culture & couldn’t feel any progress post college. I am thinking of quitting in the coming month & go home & figure out for a next gig, also move to Bangalore. Questions: Should I quit or not? Would I get a better comp? My current comp. is 12.35L What are the things I should note before I make a move & what would you advice personally.
