Are all the grapevine salaries genuine? Does that mean i earn way less then average people are earning?

You are earning good man. Don't focus on anyone else. That might disrupt the mental peace and eventually you will feel like nothing is enough. When I had 1 yoe I was earning close to 7LPA. Not everyone's journey is the same. You just have to keep patience and have perseverance, you will get there eventually.

Am I being underpaid for SDE 2?

I work for a Series A start-up in Bangalore. I have 5 YOE and my current base is 21 LPA and ~5L worth of ESOPs a year. Seeing Grapevine salary charts, I feel I might be underpaid. Should I negotiate or look for other opportunities or is the base I am getting now alright?

Hello everyone, I'm a Fresher with 1 year working experience as a React.js developer, now I'm looking for the job in current market scenario, apply almost 50-60 jobs but I was only get 4-5 replies from Recruiter,just wanted to know, will the market remain same, and will change, It is Horror, lot of folks, my friends with good skills set not able to get one good job and not even interview call Just asking to senior folks here, if you know any insights , when will market become good and hiring start again agressively

To land 1 interview it took 60 job applications

Hi Grapeviners, I have ten years of work ex in performance marketing and CRM. I started job search actively from Feb 15 this year and landed first interview today. How bad is the market out there. I usually get hired with in 30 job applications, also I apply to the role only if 70% and above role match with my previous experience also use referrals when available.
