Lower package
Will it affect my career if i join a role that has a lower package than my previous one? One can say almost half. The only reason im joining is because of the work and growth i can see in the future.

I did a similar thing in my career. When i first made the move to a product role from a BI role. I joined @ 30% pay cut. I accepted that coz it was a bootstrapped startup which couldn't match my previous pay and also because I was getting to break into the PM role in a domain which I really liked.
I was able to make 2 switches with 100% hikes in the last 5 years. I feel i have been able to offset that earlier pay cut with my last jump and also I have positioned my profile well now w.r.t domain knowledge and problems solved in the space, that I feel comfortable to be on a much greater comp path in future
In the short term, yes. But if you are confident that it'll be a better learning experience in a more stable environment you'll be able to cover up financially fast enough
