Traits women look for in men
Women of Grapevine, what traits do you look for in a potential partner? Trying out dating again, what are red flags I should look out for, green flags that are usually overlooked etc. Any boundaries, guidelines to navigate early phases? P.S: Only looking for women to answer :) Saw a similar question by biryanienthu along the opp angle, inspired, hehe.

Sharing what I have heard and learnt from my friends. These are women who are working and career driven / ambitious. So that bias will be there.
Red flags -
1. Not investing any time in building a good profile
2. Gym / body building obsessed profiles
3. Making misogynistic statements on profile / when talking
4. Being too intense on any dimension in the first date - e.g. coming on too strongly
5. Not having enough interesting things to talk about - having common interests is a plus here
6. Not doing company sales pitch / founder sales in the date

From what I've heard and experienced,
Red flags:
1. One dimensional thinking often along the lines of "imagine if the genders were reversed"
2. Projecting their insecurity of their female partner interacting with other men and soon start controlling what they wear around them, who they interact with on social media etc.
3. Andrew Tate, Ben Shapiro and Peterson apologists
4. This is a tricky one but lovebombing during initial stages to a point where it's suffocating.
5. Art they consume like Arjun Reddy and supporting such behaviour or arguments like separate the art from the artists, often turn out to be big red flags
6. Making drinking, smoking, gym their entire personalities and thrusting that on to their partner.
7. Listening to speak rather than to understand
Green flags:
1. Great relationship with their friends especially fellow men. I'm talking about a wholesome group where they support each other and hold each other accountable to grow emotionally.
2. How they show empathy to people around them and to service workers etc.
3. Admittance that they need help or do not look down upon those who need help.
4. Understanding that just because you're in a relationship does not mean you are one singular person but two people who look out for each other.
5. How they treat differences of opinions.
