How to climb success ladder

Hi I am in a tough situation that I really need a change and I am not sure how to make it..I have SQL experience, but limited experience...I cant say I am a SQL developer..but I do have experience in user story scripting and intermediate level in SQL and control m and datadog.. working in kind of application support and my total experience is 9.8 yrs which is why I am struggling now. I was in comfort zone and made mistake by not switching. Though I am performing well they didn't give me promotion nor a good vp. Now my manager is targeting me and asking me to avoid planned leaves and I am sure this time manager won't promote me. I am learning Power bi From cousrera..but meanwhile I am looking for opportunities with SQL support..if anyone knows any such roles openings pls do let me know...

Hi all, I’ve been working with oracle for almost 2 years. It feels stagnant now. No new skills, newtech to work upon, moreover my position is Associate SDE but I’ve been with QA team since beginning. I’ve talked to manager regarding same but no fruitful outcome. I feel stuck. Im actively looking for switch but can’t figure out which skills to study or start from bcoz different companies ask for different skillset. And my profile looks more like automation tester then SDE. Pls help !!

I am a senior software engineer with 6 + yoe mainly into backend (java and golang tech stack). I am currently serving my notice period with no offer in hand.(my last day is April 30) I have applied and given interviews to almost 12 companies and failed after clearing 2 or 3 rounds. I feel that I am losing confidence in my skills when I face such rejection even though I shouldn't. I feel like whatever answer I give during interviews is wrong and I constantly try to lookup the internet in the middle of interviews in fear of getting rejected. Even though I know things very well I try to validate it and then mug up whatever is written on the internet and whenever a new question is asked which I haven't seen earlier where I would be required to think , i blank out. This has never happened to me earlier.. I need some advice on how do I keep confidence in my skill and start solving things on my own.

Hi , I joined Capgemini as a fresher in last December and I was somehow mapped to a support project and as a freshers I couldn't say no to the project . Its been 7 months already and I haven't learnt anything because my work doesn't require any technical skills but I have managed to learn python and its frameworks and few things like RestAPI,git, docker, etc. I have also done few basic projects based on authentication and Crud operations in django.I wish to pursue my career in backend development but I find it so difficult to find an opportunity as a fresher with 3 months of notice period. I was planning on resigning in September and by the time i finish my notice period I'll be having 1 yoe and mean while apply for other companies if i dont find any job atleast I'll take up some intership in that way I can lear stuff. I dont know if I am thinking or planning things right. Your thoughts or suggestions would matter a lot for me at this point.

Need your suggestions, I have a total 7 years of experience and recently switched to one of the organization and this is my 3Rd switch, It has been 3 months no learning scope here and in future roadmap also I couldn't see anything much for my tech stack , and current project is too much of Micromagemet, though of switching to other company, as I switched 3 months back can try other switch now? Its good idea any impact on my career? Please suggest

I'm working as an RPA developer ( Power Automate, power apps, PAD) for a year now. I don't see much growth here. Also, money is also not so great. I'm planning to switch to a different tech stack, but I am now confused about which path to follow. Dsa, Java, js . Or start with Python and data engineering. Parallel applying for jobs but not getting replies from anywhere. Total work exp : 11.5 months

I phased up a lot of wait time and finally a no and have to forcefully leave the company now. I’m working at RBL Bank as an Associate Application Support Engineer, where my tech stack includes Oracle, RPA, Python, and Postman API. However, my real interest lies in development, specifically as a Java Developer or Fullstack Developer. If I get an opportunity to work as a developer, will my internship experience and current salary make an impact, or will I have to start as a fresher? I am a software engineer with 3 years of experience .For the first two initial years I was working as a QA in one of the good product companies with a very sorted work life balance . I had recently switched to a BE role in a startup I am very much lagging behind here because of my QA background ,the people here are very much talented and are great problem solvers .How do I reach that level ? I have been struggling to keep up with the pace here and finding it difficult to approach the tasks,even though i have been giving so much of time to work . And the TL in my team have a certain amount of expectations and hence they don't help according to that .(which i feel is fair) How should I approach this and level up here Anyone with a similar background and story please share your experience :) Any advice would really help
