Considering taxes in hand, the difference would be 40-45k at 25 LPA and then monthly expense of 35-40k in Bangalore, so isn't 18 LPA better with WFH in tier2 city only from money POV , just a thought not any job offer decision to take.
Next time you switch , hike would be on 25 LPA not 18 .. and you get to experience blr at no extra cost 🤷♀️

Post taxes, there's a difference around 45k. If you can limit expenses below 40k in BLR ( which i doubt ) take it. If you are looking for clean air family environment peace of mind 18LPA is any day better
I'd suggest move past the money aspect. Bangalore has lot of offer in terms of tech space. If you are passionate about tech, you might enjoy it here. There's lot of food joints to explore, different people, culture and being in office would help with bonding with new colleagues
