26 (M) depressed Af!

Hi everyone, So in the week, I’m chill in office but on the weekend , I’m completely lonely and I live near airport because office, and I don’t have enough money to afford a vehicle and the whole clothes washing drying takes up the whole Saturday cause living in a pg. I’m on the verge of crying every Saturday night and Sunday and felt like a dead person throughout. Sunday I’m coding cause looking for a job change and parents about to retire. So I’m looking for some trustworthy friends to help me grow and with whom I can be happy with. Would be grateful if someone help me in improving the quality of life. Thanks in advance

I am doing work from home from last 2 year and it's pretty good but my entire friend circle has moved to their office location delhi, blr aur Bombay and my college friends also got split into different cities Sure, we catch up during occasional visits or hometown hangouts and trips, but most days, it's just me, myself, and my laptop. I've tried moving to Bangalore and stayed couple of months, but traffic take lot of time to just meet friends and people are mostly into over work and then just drinking and smoking and don't want to talk about flats, transport and other problem so whoever doing work from home from their hometown, how do you deal with this my hometown is tier 3 city and routine is kind of wake up, coding, gym, movies or anime or leetcode and sleep

I'm 24 yrs old girl. For the past few months, I have been struggling with anxiety and loneliness in Bangalore. I have tried everything in my knowledge and reach. I tried reaching out to people in the office which is tough because mostly are from either Andhra or WB or Karnataka, which makes it tough to fit in as they have their own groups and communicate in their native languages as they connect more. I tried bumble bff as well. But had no success girls are unresponsive and guys use it similar to date mode. I tried reaching out to my existing friends who live far away too but it became tough to meet them. I also tried to get relocated to some other city from my office, but my request got rejected. I am not a very social person, but I do want to make friends and I'm trying too but it's just not happening for me, organically or otherwise. Any suggestions or reaching out is appreciated

Feeling worried all the time I am 28 year old, unmarried and staying at Bangalore working at Cognizant Problems in my life 1. I am fighting with my own parents because I love a guy from different religion. He is my school mate and very good person. We both are at IT firm. He earns 38LPA and I earn 16LPA. Financially we are good and we both have very good understanding of each other. 2. I have health issues like pcod , thyroid, gas trouble and digestion issues. Constantly taking tablets and feeling exhausted all the time. 3. I have very toxic work culture at office. My manager literally forces us to work like hell. She doesn't concern about our health issues and treats like robots. I am always thinking about work and getting anxiety issues. Currently I feel like taking break from everything and focus on myself but money is also important because i want to financially independent. My brain is constantly worried thinking about future like work, health and money. Nothing really helps me and I feel worried all the time.

I am 28 M. I was born in a poor family and to make matters worse my father was diagnosed with a terminal illness when I was still in college. As if watching my father dying was not enough I came to know that my mother was having an affair with my father's friend. I never caught them but I saw their whatsapp messages. My father eventually succumbed to his illness leaving the family responsibilities on my shoulders. I never got to enjoy college. My first paycheck was spent on the medical bills and subsequent paychecks were spent on clearing my brother's education loan, paying back relatives (we borrowed some money for my father's treatment) and just taking care of my family. I want to get married but honestly I don't have any money for it now and I don't want to take a loan. I never had any relationship. It could never become a priority. And it's not about just sex. It's something deeper. Maybe intimacy, maybe human touch, maybe something else. I don't know. I tried hard to focus on my work and hobbies but It merely proved to be a temporary escape. I don't even know why I am narrating all this to a bunch of strangers but then again aren't we all in the same boat at the end?

People who don't have frnds/gf/bf, what you guys do on weekends and how do you spend time. I feel so bored during weekends . Suggest something.

I’m a very private person and I was a bit confused whether I should write here or not, but anyway. So, day before yesterday I was sitting on my chair after dinner and was thinking about my life and what the hell am I doing. I realised that, Saala bachpan se aaj tak race me hi bhaag raha hun. Pehle school me 1st, 2nd, 3rd aane ki race me. Then acche college milne ki race me. Then uske baad acchi job milne ki race me. Then uske baad agar ladki chahiye toh uske liye bhi ek race hai (Don’t have a gf, plz don’t take me wrong, it was a realisation) My current daily routine is like this: Wakeup everyday, write code, go gym, dinner, and then sleep and repeat this cycle everyday. School ke dost peeche chhoot gaye, college ke dost apni life me busy ho gaye, colleagues se main zyada baat nhi karta and main akela padh gaya. Feels like life is not intriguing anymore, it has no spark left. Its so painful to live everyday. I feel like I don’t want to live any more, I want to die but I can’t cuz of 2 reasons. 1. I’m the only son of my parents. 2. If I die like this, then I won’t be able to come out from the birth cycle. That’s it 🙏🏼
