I have been working as a freelance journalist for a year but I have a degree in advertising, I want to work as a copywriter or in digital marketing!! is it a good choice? Linkedln is not working at all for me. : (
At this point i would even work as a content writer and strategist. I'm earning 10k a month. I have so so much potential and I feel its going to waste! HELP ME. Can anyone refer me?

I've 5 years of experience working as a content strategist in Advertising Agencies. I've worked on multiple marketing campaigns for 25+ brands. However, I now want to transition to a full time marketing role with a blend of analytics and creativity without opting for an MBA. 
Here are some of the skills I plan on getting certifications in to land a role:
SQL, 
Tableau, 
Excel (pivot tables, charts, v lookups),
Marketing Strategy 
Project Management 
Media Planning 
I already have a strong background in copywriting, design, managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 

Do you have any tips or advice that can help me in this journey? 
Do you recommend any courses or certifications I should undertake to highlight the above mentioned skills? 

How do I pitch myself as the perfect candidate without having an actual job experience in marketing management roles?

I’m an MBA student at a tier-2 IIM, with a bachelor’s degree in management studies and a specialization in marketing. I also have 20 months of work experience in digital marketing.

I have secured a digital marketing internship (off campus) at a SaaS company in Bangalore, through wellfound. The company is good and willing to offer PPO opportunity. My career goal is to pursue product marketing or related roles.

What are the best ways to enhance my skills and profile for core marketing roles (No sales)?

My college mostly provides sales roles in the final placement for marketing students. So I need to either get an offer from my internship company or find an off-campus placement.

My dream job is to be a digital marketing strategist at Google.
