Why are tech salaries so high? Software Engineers, Developers? What should non-tech people do?

As a business graduate, it's often humbling to see the tech salaries based on my YOE (4-7 bracket) with the people at the top end earning 50-60+ lpa. (Fixed) Assuming i want to optimise for Money - What can I do as a business graduate to do well similar to tech folks? Would love to hear from all of you. P.S. No IB/Consulting advice please. Not the type of work I've liked 😄

I am working in SAP as full stack developer from past 15 years and getting only 35 lakhs ctc. Whereas here in grapevine i can see salaries ranging till 2 crore or so for software engineers. How can that be? I am interested in programming and want to know for which tech stack salaries are best. Means , generally popular programming languages like java programmers also earn more? Or is it just me who is not able to earn more?please help me with good tech stack

Hi non tech person here. Wondering how such inflated salaries in tech will survive in comparison to salaries of say marketing or sales in an organisation. The bubble seems to be bursting but will love you know the thoughts of tech people. Should I make a move towards a tech role after learning coding, I have PQE of 6 years in my field and earn decent.

Apart from the product managers, do the MNCs pay high for any MBA roles? Where can someone with 7-10yrs of post MBA experience be making 1.5Cr cash? Indian conglomerates do pay good, but that's post a 20yr career with them. Do the SAP, Salesforce, Bosch and other tech MNCs pay top dollar for non technical folks here? I am also not considering the heads of ODCs here who lead the delivery of the software centers. Non tech MNCs like the FMCG cos, or consulting are anyway a top recruiter at MBA colleges and well known about their comp. I am looking for other industries/ companies that pay well
