It's not my flat. I was looking for something in that society and this one came up.
Btw, this is inclusive of 5k maintenance. The society is at a great location and there isn't any society in Ecity on the main road. There has been rental increase all over bangalore and Ecity is no different. Societies like SNN Raj Greenbay have 2bhk flats going for 45-50k even though it's in Ecity phase 2 (a km off the hosur road)
