Sh*tting bricks right now because of Swiggy Layoffs
No one has told me about this and heard it first on Twitter. Just joined Grapevine for this from Twitter. What does this mean? Has anyone gone through this? I am very early in my career, this can completely destroy my career. Please. Help me.

If you are good at your work and your ctc doesn't cost a lot to your company, you will be kept. I have seen 4 layoffs in the 2 companies I have worked at, (1.5 year career) never affected me.
okay but this is becoming very hard for me. I cant rest at all and my stomach feels very heavy
I can understand your anxiety, but it wouldn't affect your career. Some decisions are only go keep businesses running and everyone knows that. This will not have any effect on your career!đ

Donât get panicked. The layoffs are everywhere and it will not destroy anyoneâs career. But optimistically, prepare and look for good roles. Handling pressure realistically is a key in these kind of situations.
It won't destroy till you believe yourself. The reality is job market is pretty bad and I am looking out for new role for past 1 year I have got only 2 interviews. Though I am having job looking outside
There is HR guy in my gym from swiggy. He told the list is already given and everyone has been told to work from home
I can still see that thereâs a strong market for people who are immediate joiners. Given youâre early in your career, youâll be fine once you are in market. Donât worry too much.
