Absolutely understandable, and to be fair could be two things. Either you're burntout or you feel like you're directionless at the moment.
Anyway, I've been there in both situations and it's really hard to zero in on what exactly the root causes or situation.
The thing I've learnt about these situations is, before you make big commitments you need to hit the small milestones & goals first to build momentum.
What I mean by that is, as humans we are wired in a way that our mind dictates majority of things we undertake. So it's important to flex those mental muscles before you take on anything else on your plate.
Start small, it could be things you are absolutely passionate about maybe music, art, fitness, reading whatsoever. Align those with small milestones you'd like to hit there maybe 30 mins of cardio or say 30 mins of guitar practice. Treat yourself once you've hit those goals daily, the mind is wired to then feel that you get your dopamine kick after you have started hitting daily goals.
This will slowly help you build habitual bias in your mind, then slowly you can start associating it with more consuming tasks like upskilling or prep.
Another way that helped me get through was, I also consume content like a pig at times. I started consuming interesting content at Netflix that would pique my curiosity and in turn would lead me to going deeper to things that actually matter. For eg, I ended up watching flames recently, started going deep to understand how marketing was being done at frito lay, got more insights on the story, from there went into technical details of things I couldn't understand. Book, you now have context and also an interesting movie you've watched
So these are a few hacks that worked for me :) Hope this helps man!
