Suggestions to choose b/w Accenture and Oracle

Just received a offer letter from Accenture. Job title:- App/Cloud support senior analyst. Should I join? Currently I work at Cognizant. And I am working on a ongoing development project. I have no issues working here but I am underpaid here. Please suggest about Accenture. Should I consider it or not. 55% hike Accenture giving.

Hi folks, Currently I am Senior Consultant (JL5A) in Infosys. CTC 17.5 L. Tech stack: Salesforce. YOE 7 I have an offer from Accenture for Job level 9 (Tech consultant). CTC offered is 30% hike. I have good ratings, RSU and decent work life balance in Infosys. Is it worth it to switch? Is the role offered in Accenture good as per my current role?

I'm in a dilemma about which offer to choose because many IT professionals have mentioned that TCS doesn't have as many projects, and its work culture is not that good. Additionally, I'm evaluating factors such as salary, benefits, location, and the alignment of the company's values with my own career aspirations. Need your help in choosing a good career friendly company and also long term growth as an individual.

Hi guys I recently got offer from these 2 companies. I needed suggestion on which one to join. YOE - 3.5 Given that - Oracle cloud - 1. Provides WLB 2. Wfh / hybrid. Mostly WFH 3. A bit less learning opportunity 4. Fair pay 5. Job security is more here Coinbase - 1. Exceptionally good pay 2. Bad WLB 3. Chances of getting fired if not performed well. 4. Competitive bar is more high Also if someone over here can tell how is the work culture at coinbase. Please correct me if I am wrong in any of the above points. Hi all, I'm currently working at Accenture for 3.5 years as C11(Database) , I was undergoing a training in Oracle Supply Chain Management at a Online centre/startup for last 6 months. Now that startup want me to work as full time in the SCM technology but they are offering me the same salary package im currently getting now. The thing is they are working on many project things like SCP,SCM,WMS etc but mostly experienced persons used to take care of the technical part. Which leave me to just schedule calls,doing excel/docs, analyze in the call for hours but couldn't understand anything. I understand there is more of self learning needed than of KT. They are telling if I work here full time after a year they will recommend me for interview packages of 1 lakh per month. I want to know whether the Oracle Fusion SCM has a growth in market for next 10 years. And if i work in this startup and do only documentation and not work on technical stuff will i be able to clear the interviews with high packages(1 lakh/month) Should i take a risk and join that startup and work for a year with same package. Or should i be current technology (database) and search jobs externally?. Any of your inputs is fine please help 🙏.
