Wasted my college life, will I be able to do the hardwork now and get a job.

Hey Grapeviners, I need some serious help. Bit about myself - just graduated this month and working as an APM at a seed stage startup. I have 1.5 years of product experience and 3 years of overall experience. Lately, not sure why but I am loving what engineers do. Closely working with them, and I guess it's nostalgic for myself. Because I did coding for 6 months and moved on for some reason. So, I understand how tech actually works. Have got good feedback regarding this. At the same time, I am not really finding the true value of what I am doing everyday. Feels a void inside. Also, I am not able to discuss all these things in person with someone, because I fear that they will judge me after doing internships for 3 years, I still haven't figured out my career. Such a loser I am. I have been thinking about starting coding again and maybe switching to a coding job in the next 6 months maybe. But again it would be tough for me as I only got weekends for me to learn all this stuff. What do you all experienced folks suggest? What should I do? Please comment if you can help🙏

I am a 2024 graduate. I got a job of 8.55 lpa . I am from a tier 3 college. I regret not doing Competitive coding or open source. I was just doing leetcode questions and leetcode contest. I thought I could easily get 15 lpa job ( my bad ) . But now I want to switch from here within a year . What should I do ?

I'm 24 year old unemployed. I graduated in 2021 with BTech IT from tier 3 college. Initially I was preparing for UPSC exam but I gave up after few months and now for a year I have been learning Front End Development and have learnt HTML, CSS, JS & ReactJS but unable to find a job. I made a lot of mistakes in past and didn't learned from them. I'm not good at anything. I apply daily at different platforms ex: wellfound (formerly angellist), hirist, hirect, instahyre, cutshort, individual mass hiring companies off campus but from nowhere I'm getting interview call even if I get call I'm not able to clear interview. Now the thing is my parents gave me ultimatun to get out of the house by April 1st they don't care what type of job I do. I don't understand what can I do now. I'm willing to do hardwork and learn from my mistakes I just need little guidance to get on a track. If anyone can guide me on how to get a job or any advice. I would really appreciate it. many of my male batchmates with similar coding skills got internship opportunity at top companies like Google, Sprinkler, GS, etc. And i wasn't able to crack even the coding round. later I got to know about everyone was involved in cheating during online coding test forming groups and giving it together. what should I do now, should i consider taking any small internship at some random startup for the sake of filling the experience section of my resume? I will be having placement season after 6 months around september. someone guide me what should i focus more these many days. I am from tier 1 college and around 1500 rated on codeforces and done some good projects in mobile developement.

I failed in my exams.for now I can't get any tier 1,2 collages.im 18.i don't want put a sob story cause I am the one responsible for it. So for now I will manage to get a cse degree but my peers who work in it are saying it's tough for u to get a job(cause it's not a good collage).im quite lacking confidence.the point is I wanna prove everyone wrong.tell me the skills that are most needed to prove them wrong.for now my goal is gonna be to get an internship as soon as possible.so what skills I need to donthis task be trutal don't sugercoat anything.pkease tell me the skills to get an ibtern as soon as possible(my finances are not strong.so u took a loan).thanks in advance

Qualifications: BTech IT from tier-3 college, Pass Out in 2021, CGPA 7 Skills: Python + DSA (Intermediate), HTML, CSS, JS (Intermediate). In 2021 I was preparing for government job and was really passionate about govt services but I failed in CDS II 2021 and lose all of my focus and my parents want me to get a job in related field so in January 2022 I started looking for job in IT but I was not good at anything and so I thought I wasn't job ready and start learning to Python and DSA and Web Development but in meantime I procrastinated and wasted so much of my time I was demotivated with zero focus and after months I am still not good at anything I don't have anything to show on my resume no projects, no experience nothing. I have wasted more than a year just thinking what should I do and got nowhere. Lately I started to learn web dev from theodinproject.com and have completed foundations. Tbh i wasted time during this learning phase also and manage to complete this in a month. And after that I started to learn reactjs (haven't completed it yet) And now I am really desperate for a job. What should I do to get a job with minimum preparation like give 1 months and get a job? I am not looking for something specific. I don't have any goals. ATM I have no idea what I am passionate about. I'm 24 and unemployed and How can I turn my life around? All those years in school and college I never worked hard enough but now I regret it. I am currently in my 3rd yr. I'm about to give my 5th semester end sem exams. Till now I haven't done any coding as of now. I was only enjoying college life with friends. Not blaming but there is no coding culture in my college and I myself was also not aware about the market. Now I realised that I have done a big blunder. What should I do first now? I started learning Java during the Diwali holidays and I'm half way down. Pls tell me a roadmap so that by the end of 3rd yr at least I have a good internship in hand.
