The Cred design team work like a cult group. Like needs some major passcode kinda thingy to be welcomed into their group.
But pretty good work churn out by Cred design team,
I am not from Design but I must tell if you want to work with a design leader, Razorpay's Founding member and OG Designer Chetty Arun is the top !!! Couldn't help praising him here anon but seriously, that guy cares a lot about Razorpay culture and is fun guy to work with !!!

Almost none. Most design ‘leaders’ in India are a bunch of self-obsessed clout-chasing social media clowns. The reals ones are working in silence without all this online cacophony
Every leader has their own set of flaws. You just got to figure whose you can bear and work with. Good ones have already left the country.
