😅 Owner increased the rent by 15k to meet the market. They expect bachelor's to pay up or exit. 55k is the new price for 3bhk in a 15 year old society. When will the bubble burst? Is everyone making 40-50 lakhs?

This unrealistic rent expectation is created by 2 class of people mostly - bachelors pooling up and sharing the 50-60...
