Hi All, 
             I kinda have too many interests and passion and tend to be fairly good at most.But the big downside is I don't really get good at everything.I start many things but completion is a big problem.Like learning different languages (programming) and tech. Am a musician so I start too many projects or trying to learn too many genres but then spreading thin on everything.I want to learn so many courses.I start and then don't complete.

Do you guys also suffer from this.What are some strategies to overcome this

I work as an intern at a startup who pays me a reasonable 20k. Sometimes I feel I am not giving my 100 percent and I feel I am always lacking something. In my college, many of the students are preparing for GATE and hence not interested in doing internships. So they're always busy with either watching movies or making their notes. So when I see other students who are doing internships, I feel a little down. I don't know why. 
Is this what they call 'imposter syndrome' ? How to control those thoughts?

Hi Guys, I'm an SDE and I have this weird problem where I stress too much when some work is given to me which I don't understand.

Basically I'm not scared of high workload, as long as I know how to do it. Because then I know IT WILL BE DONE, I just have to work to finish it.

But when I get stuck on a problem, I DONT KNOW IF IT WILL BE DONE, I just keep thinking about it even if I close my laptop. The more I think, the more scary the problem becomes and then I start thinking if it continues and I'm not able to deliver more work, I might get fired and then during background verification for the next company, they will see I was fired and then no one will hire me. Basically my thoughts spiral out of control and make my life miserable to the point where I don't feel hungry.

If I'm confident I'm very confident, I feel like i can do any problem but when I see myself failing multiple times, i lose my mental strength

I need help and I want to improve this nature, not get stressed when things go south. Do you guys feel the same or know how to handle it

Any books or words of wisdom or thought process that you follow which helps you deal with job related work stress will be extremely helpful.

I started playing/ learning tennis around 1.5 yrs back . what started as a hobby or means to stay fit has now turned into addiction sort of ( for the lack of better word ) . I keep thinking about playing well all the time. I become angry and irritated when I do not play well. it has started to affect me mentally . any tips on overcoming this

I'm working at a decently large firm here in Bangalore, leading a cool project that involves stuff I really like, like modeling and data engineering. Plus, I'm helping leadership team with some cool projects which is giving me a lot of visibility in the org. Lately I'm finding it hard to stay motivated.

I'm on medication and seeing a therapist for depression, and I’ve been feeling a lot better overall. It's just that with all these responsibilities I'm not feeling happy. I sometimes vent out on juniors or colleagues (erratic behaviour).  

Has anyone else gone through something like this? What helped you get past this kind of mental block? Any tips or advice would be really helpful.
