Vibe ftw>>>
My allocated me Gurgaon office and initially I was so bummed about not being in Bangalore. But now, I want to stay here. The only issue I see here is pollution otherwise I don't want to move to Bangalore

Vibe hai NCR me🔥
POV: 10 yrs in Hyd, 3 yrs in GGN
HYD: I started my career and found the love of my life in Hyd. Subtle region politics happens at the workplace, but then as you stay longer you become an insider. As a female I found Hyd safe, clean, friendly, easy to navigate ways of life. Way more job opportunities and saw rapid development in the city itself. Made some friends for a lifetime and connected till date. People judge less, no need to fake, just be chill and your authentic self. Never faced language barriers, maybe since I adapted and learnt Telugu, Hyd Hindi works everywhere.
GGN: Moved here and saw a truly toxic crowd. Every other person I meet has a motive to connect, fake & shallow equations. Never been particular about dressing up fancy, but the crowd here pressures you to come clacking in heels and makeup. If you don't flash brands and don't carry an iPhone( usually on EMI), people look down on you. The mere pretentiousness of the entire place is ridiculous, weather is a torture ( suffering every winter). Small pockets in the city look good( cyberhub) but then the overall city is aging and dirty. Just moved since my husband's family is close( yeah made a mistake). I am trying my best to find ways to move out though, cannot bear this env, will any how die earlier than expected thanks to the amazing AQI.

From NCR, I prefer Hyd over blr.
Blr is seriously bad as there is too much traffic too high rents, every place is overcrowded.
NCR above all..bt if given choice then Hyd anyday

From NCR , I like Namma Bengaluru
Personally, Bangalore is the city to be in if you can lock 2 things properly.
1. Commute to work in Walking distance
2. Great society
NCR wins hands down in everything except people, weather and pollution.
No thoughts about Hyderabad but the lack of social network will get me psyched up lmao

Namma Bengaluru’s HSR/Koramangala has the vibes, jobs and the monies. Won’t shift to NCR due to pollution and low quality of life after paying 30% as direct income tax. I might explore Hyderabad or Pune but NCR is off limits. I don’t think NCR is anyway close to the nice Meetup culture prevalent in Bengaluru.
NCR any day and people in south don’t realize it because they haven’t seen good infrastructure perhaps. I mean imagine living 10 kms away from office and still getting there in 25 minutes. No Bangalorean ka imagine this even on a weekend 😛
As for the AQI, I can take it for 15 days a year when it really gets bad. What do you think will get fixed first? AQI in NCR or Roads in Bangalore?

See there is not much scope in Bangalore for Infra now.. AQI in NCR can be managed by artificial rains and little strictness on stumble burning.. NCR vibe is unmatchable 🔥
I'm looking for jobs in Hyd, any references for program/growth/strategy roles?
Been there in all 3 cities, but no comments

I'm North Indian and prefer NCR - I feel like a foreigner/outsider when I visit Blr or Hyd. I don't like that feeling, like I'm not totally accepted there. 🙁
