Hey Non tech folks, What is the threshold salary you would never accept even in extreme situations?

Management has tried to underpay us all this time. We deserve to know what is the real salaries for our YOE? I am being paid 24.6L CTC / 2 YOE. What about you?

Grapevine has become like the epitome of people flaunting unrealistic salaries ( the bubble will soon break )🤐,So thought of why not post some realistic ones based upon the Y.o.E range for the IT folks from our knowledge and our interactions with our friends and colleagues. We can exclude very niche skills here and see where everyone stands. I can begin. ( Have considered just the base pay and not the variable or esops/rsu here ) 1-4 Y.o.E : 4-8 Lacs 5-8 Y.o.E : 9-20 Lacs 9-12 Y.o.E : 21-35/40 Lacs 13-16 Y.o.E : 35/40-50+ Lacs

What is criteria of underpaid/ overpaid? Don't say market standards 😒 I have known people who are skilled and not getting even standard money

Hi all, I have got my HR round discussion at Accenture for the position of Application Lead coming up next week. Hence I thought of picking your brains to resolve a conundrum regarding a reasonable salary that I can ask for. Location: Bengaluru Current CTC: 15 LPA Expected CTC: 23 - 26 LPA TechStack: Mainframe Developer YOE: 9 years. Can you let me know whether my expected CTC is a reasonable amount considering my YOE, tech stack and location. Or should I ask for more/less ? Thanks for all the advice/suggestions !
