Genuine question!
Did ever feel that you wasted a certain time of your life ? When and how ? How to get over this guilt ?
Wasted a decade in my old job. Developed no transferable skill. I was the frog in a well, who knows nothing of the sea.
Yep, lost many years and opportunities due to certain circumstances. But the truth is that I can't get back the lost time or opportunities and crying/regretting about it won't take me anywhere. So looking forward and taking charge of the present and future.
I feel this every now and then, I have spurts of growth phase but miss out on conducive environment, I take a break and suddenly seem to be left out. It’s yin and yang all the time.
