Is Mern Stack still in Form?

Everyone knows MERN. I'm a MERN guy myself, with of course some additional skills such as cloud, linux and devops. But mern is my bread and butter. I'm finding it difficult to get a 30 LPA job with this stack, current is 17. What should I do ?

I have 3 years experience in wipro in support project. Currently I am learning MERN stack..just want to know how is the market for MERN?.. can anyone refer me?

Hi guys, I am currently working in a SAAS startup as a backend Engineer. Tech stack: MERN, AWS, little bit of GenAI now. I know most big companies use Java springboot for their backend, so I'm thinking to learn it is I want to switch later. Or should I go for golang as it's becoming very hot in recent times. Or should I continue with NodeJS? Let me know your suggestion. I have worked on little front end development as well.

The camp in my opinion is not what it claims to be. People who are doing well in the camp are the ones who took matters in their own hand and started learning on their own. Pros: 1. Practice sets were given often(There were 27 practice sets of all topics) which helped us form the practice for writing code for hooks without wasting time in thinking about the approach. 2. Community is good. MA’s are very helpful and will guide you in every situation. Taking the time out of their busy schedule. Very thankful to them. 3. Machine coding rounds were conducted. Which helped us speed up the process. 4. Revision sessions were conducted for people who couldn’t understand the lecture taken by Tanay. These sessions were taken by Akanksha. Cons: 1. Redux was removed from course even though it is mentioned on the website. They say that redux is not important but it is, companies ideally want their candidates to know redux. 2. Tanay simply skims through a topic, does not go in depth inside any topic. An advice which he ironically gives in his youtube videos. He ignores any advanced questions asked in the session claiming he has not covered yet. Says he will teach later and does not cover that topic later. 3. We were forbidden to discuss anything that isn’t taught yet.Stopping the flow of knowledge. That means you can’t even use the community to discuss something new because they haven’t taught it yet. 4. MA’s(Ex-neoGrads) were discouraged from answering questions about topics that weren’t taught yet. They used to host sessions on hard topics that people didn’t understand in voice chats but were discouraged to do so. 5. Didn’t even cover the dependency array in useEffect hook. He just said you will keep it empty 90% of the time. useMemo and useCallback were not even mentioned. Forget about code optimizations. Honestly, you will learn more in a 30min youtube video than in their class. Continued in comments......

Hi folks, I have freelanced on upwork earlier and maximum reached $20/hour in development gigs but got burned out by constant pressure of rebidding once the current project gets over. The profile is still 5 star rated but getting full time job through these freelancing platform require lots of marketing and bidding and it’s difficult with day job. However recently I have seem trend where there are some genuine folks such as harkirat who are upping the game by earning around 5 crore annually through posh remote jobs. Has anyone of you tried pursuing that route by reaching out to founders of early stage startups on twitter/linked in or used freelancing portals such as upwork to get full time gigs which pays more than $100k remotely. I am working in a service based for a multinational brand. However i am not satisfied with the job, learnings and salary.. I am having 2 yoe on a cms called Drupal. My work mostly revolves around site building which requires no coding at all. Its very basic. But I want to get into high paying jobs I am learning DSA but i am worried that what i have been working on for 2 years might not be taken into account as actual experience. I am worried that big companies might reject my profile because of this lack of real world coding experience. I am really confused what to do. My manager is pushing to get a certification in Drupal and get hands on experience on coding in drupal (php, jquery, twig). I don't think drupal has scope when compared to mern. I don't see a lot of jobs for drupal when i search in linkedin or naukri. What's your take on this ? The problem here is i am really confused whether to continue learning MERN (i have been learning and have a decent idea) as mern looks like best bet to me to apply for big tech companies. So I have completed my B.tech. Now I have to look for Jobs. During the time I was in college(last year), I was Learning MERN stack but it has not been completed yet. Now in online forums, I have heard that MERN stack is getting saturated, and entering it is not good. So what is your opinion? Also is it wise to take some time, I mean like some months (6 or 8 months) to self-learn and land a Job after that? And should I learn on my own or go to some training institute? Can anyone Help me, I need guidance.

Which technology to learn for less competition and high pay?
