Are GrowthSchool’s workshops really live?

Seeing a lot of posts by both GrowthX & Growth School. Are either of these actually beneficial? Would love to get your unfiltered opinions

Has anyone done a course for growthschool? I personally have a pathetic experience. Their course material is good but they overcharge a lot. Upwards of 25K for a 8 week course. They have pre recorded videos. And huge cohorts. Live sessions are shit too. No value add. Basically an expensive udemy course. Does anyone have any reviews?

Just wanted to give some updates now that it has been 1 month since the last post 1) Senior Leadership from Tech (3) , a senior director from Product , Finance Head have all resigned. Strategy team has been dissolved. 2) There are more people in the pipeline and will get more clarity by month end. 3) Everyone over the CTC of 60 lakh has been asked about the revenue that they bring in and based on that, their position is being reconsidered. 4) All contract workers have been terminated. Interns have been told that they won't be receiving PPOs. 5) Senior Management Has been asked to take 20% paycuts. 6) Even at Junior level, people have been asked to take pay cuts or resign. 7) Lots of tools used in tech are being removed and AWS subscription has also been revised. Meanwhile HRs have been celebrating on slack channels that Yubi has been ranked in Top 25 companies for career development :/

What's happening with growth school students? I always found that org shady with their super pushy ads everywhere. Now it looks like students are revolting and asking for refunds Vaibhav and others have disabled tagging on LinkedIn and the course also plays recorded lectures as live classes.

Been hearing a lot of chatter about how GrowthX isn’t as great as its advertised. Any truth to that? Is it really worth to pay that kind of money for a 8 week course and just for community?

Hi, has anyone been a part of the Growth X cohort?

Most Edtech startups seem to be providing very little value, and are pure sales machines. Learning is super important, and I’m beginning to realise I’ve not done any structured online learning in the longest times (Coursera early days, Bucky Roberts on YouTube etc.) Wanted to know if any of you have tried out online courses somewhere and have had a genuinely good learning experience?

I am seeing a lot of growthschool ads lately about two courses. Linkedin and marketing using ai, has anyone paid 299 for this and can walk us through what are the things covered exactly. I don't mind paying the amount but is this worth it.
