How to not reveal your cctc and ask for more than 100% hike?
I know current market is not approving this but based on the skills it should be acceptable. If the current ctc would have been good then why would someone switch. Please suggest some advices to mention how to not reveal the cctc till the offer is received. Lately for scheduling interviews also companies ask for cctc and ectc before taking even a single round how to tackle all these and also can we mention more than our cctc?

Tell them you cannot disclose cctc.
For ectc, Uno reverse! Ask them what is the pay range for someone having X-YOE with given skill sets.
They say the budget has not been decided yet and to proceed further they want my cctc and ectc and the thing is my ectc is not even matching to them and they are low bowling and asking me to relocate another city
Easier said than done. You will have to reveal your CTC. There are hardly any companies who will move forward and offer without knowing your CTC.

Say you are under non-disclosure agreement
What I generally do is I ask them the budget upfront. Most of the time they don't disclose budget in order to proceed lowballing candidates. If the company is able to give good hike (big brands and whatnot) then I give them a ballpark figure. If not then I tell them that I signed NDA so can not disclose. Sometimes they will actually tell the budget and you can accordingly understand if it is worth pursuing.
Okay… whats a ballpark figure and if we are saying any random figure which is actually not true and if they ask for the salary slips then how to tackle at that time

You will have to reveal it before getting the offer in many of the companies.
You can delay it if possible by asking their budget or you can say something like as per industry norms.
There are 2 more practical ways to achieve this:
1. Try for companies who don't care about current CTC, if you get hired you get the salary as per your role band
2. Keep trying for one offer based on another until you get your desired hike
P.S. If you go for the 2nd one then be mindful about informing companies in advance and not ghosting them on the day of joining.
Also currently the market is a little tough so you might not get more than 100% hike after trying to get one offer based on another.
How to look for such companies and these might be again the faang and big companies right.
And the 2 point what all the docs and details they ask for to release the offer letter and if once we get the offer and if we do not want to join or have another offer how many days before we should align them about it.

Yes these companies would mostly be faang and such other companies only.
But some well funded startups also don't care much about cctc.
You can probably ask on this forum only to get such company names.
To release the offer letter depending upon the company they ask last 3/6 months payslips, bank account statements, last increment letter, etc.
You should try to inform them at least 2 week before DOJ if possible, in worst case scenario you should inform minimum one day before DOJ.
