Shifting to US
Hi, I am thinking to shift to US. Wanted to know if it is worth to go US leaving the parents in India. Also how much I will be able to save in next 15 years in US. Might come again to India. Profile: Age - 27 Designation - Product manager Exp - 2 years Also please tell what challenges one faces in US and whether I will be able to ask my parents to come to US once their retirement.

Great read.
Don’t go to US, bro. America has lost its charm which was back in 90’s and 2000’s for Indian techies. Now it’s too much bureaucracy like visa obstacles, stupid lottery for H1-B, too many Indians have already moved there for MS and now are struggling for job, do you want to end up in a never ending cycle of visa revoke fear, layoff etc. If you are still not convinced, watch this eye-opener video: https://youtu.be/aSW7RJ5zWgE?si=bMolUHpD4EnZui4d

It's all subjective! Worth going or not, and so on. Even on the savings, it depends on which visa you go on, where you want to go, and your lifestyle. You must decide why you want to shift to the US: opportunities, lifestyle, savings, etc.
I don't think there will be any issues for your parents to go to the US as long as you have the proper docs and show the funding properly. But this would be the regular B1/B2 visa route and stay for six months. Once you get citizenship, you can sponsor their green card, but that's a long, long time away.
Don't go buddy. My only advice. I came back from us after working there for 3.5 yrs. Yes i am biased but i can be rational enough to tell you that unless you are extremely money minded and want to build a billion dollar business which is unlikely because you can't build one in tech now or you are an extremely social person who can easily make friends with random strangers which is unlikely as you are asking for advice on an anonymous group, you should not go. No disrespect to you, as Modiji says there's no dearth of opportunities in India

What was your reason of coming back just after 3.5 years?
The main reason for me to go is to make good amount of money in less time
You can’t shift your parents to US permanently.
All other questions are very much context driven.
