Re-interview at TCS

Hi All, Last year 2023 I got an offer at TCS with 8 lpa...but since the ctc split up was not right the in-hand was very low so i rejected the offer. I am getting some vacancies in TCS again but in the career portal still the offer details are there. How long will it be blocked , if possible whom to reach to get it cleared in the carrer portal. Would require your inputs

Hi All, Apr 12 - L1 round Apr 13 - L2 round Apr 14 - Docs submission to HR Ghosted by HR for 6 weeks May 30 - L3 client round Jun 06 - Docs submission to HR (2nd time) Jun 14 - offer letter not released yet. The hiring manager says, still Client SHI rate approval is pending. Should I wait for CGI offer or just continue with offer in hand.?? LWD - Jul 01 DoJ - Jul 03 (TCS)

I have attended the technical as well as managerial interview in TCS The panel said that you've cleared both the rounds. She gave an ibegin link in the team chat itself and said that after filling all the information you'll get a call from HR. But in the ibegin portal my status is showing as "profile Created". When Can I expect a call from HR regarding salary discussion ? Because of no official confirmation I'm doubtful about my selection.

I recently appeared for a walk-in in TCS for the role of ServiceNow Developer post 10 days from the interview I got a mail to upload my documents followed by a call from HR to discuss salary, post which he shared the CTC breakup over mail and asked me to acknowledge it. Its been 10 days now I still haven't received any update on the portal my documents say pending for verification? Can I expect a offer at this stage? If yes how long would it take?

Hey folks! Yes, you might be coming across my post another time. But no hopes - I have to write it up! Me: SDE with ~3 YOE in full stack development. Skills: JavaScript - Angular/React + Node, Express & MongoDB. Java-Springboot, c# + Good problem solving skills in DSA and good understanding of system design. Availability: in 30 days(max). Yeah I was forced to resign (different story) hence serving my NP Everywhere i get to see only openings for experienced folks not in the range of 0-3YOE! Hi all, I have a experience of 3.5 years as a business Analyst working in TCS .I left from TCS on Feb 2023 I want to be back if possible or else any other company is also ok .

My question is from TCS HR and employees: does TCS hire their ex-employees? I have heard that they do not rehire the people who have resigned in the past. I worked with TCS back in 2017; it was my first job right after college. I was there for a little over 1 year. I have been working in my current company for the last 5 years. Now, I am thinking about switching, and I was wondering if I should get in touch with my cohort from TCS again. I would not apply if there is any such policy. Please let me know if I should go ahead with TCS or not.

I graduated in MSc Economics this year, and have been looking for analyst job since then, I got deferred from the company I was placed at. I have been struggling to get a single interview, although got one offer at 6lpa but rejected it. I only have 6 months of internship exp. I tried with referrals too but that didn't work either. Got my CV screened from some seniors. They say it's all good. So I really don't get why I am not even being considered for an interview?? Pls help so I can change my strategies!!
