2YOE -SDE; Can you look into my resume- not getting any calls
Plz can you look into my resum. I am not getting any calls. Should i improvise it? Thanks
The end result and impact is missing what I can observe. Developed X thing, participated in Y stuff - is fine but, it should also highlight positive impact on business/reliability/user experience.
As in? Honesty naively asking you! We do some tasks and develop the product ofc gain knowledge out of it. But how to present the business impact in that?
Ask for impact numbers after shipping your code. You should also be well aware about why you're doing task X and what would be the final outcome of it.

Resume review:
1. Stop the framework vomit. Do a Cmd+F for angular, express, html and honestly delete all but one occurrence.
2. Why have you posted one experience as 3 different ones. Feels like you're just trying to fill space, even if you're not.
3. Your SDE experience's first two points sound like you completed a 3 day onboarding guide, and not actually implemented anything. Sorry.
4. Make it tangible. Best practices, JSON with postman, using Git etc can't be in resume.
- Actively participated in discussion instead should be along the lines of <Deep dived into architectural decisions and suggested changes. 15% of the suggestions were incorporated>
- Here's a better line: (As an individual contributor) Deciphered complex technical requirements and converted it into modular, extensible and well documented code for xyz portion of abc project.
See, this resume might be good for someone who knows tech keywords. Anyone with the slightest knowledge of software development will shrug off this resume. You gotta change it from top down.
(A few of your GTE/Intern points are actually decent)
Thanks a lot
- will merge that GET & SDE to the same
- won't repeat that MEAN tech stack wala line.. and be more concise.
- rephrase the statements

It isn’t you. The market hasn’t picked up yet. Also startups may not find your profile a fit as schneider is a fairly big and structured setup.
