Is this right time to SWITCH?

Desperately want to quit QA job & wanna switch to Devops. Can you tell me from where i should to start learning and gain hands-on experience. 2. Is this right time to join new company as any other new role what your experience says how long hiring will be freeze ? Skill - python, automation framework, MySQL, Linux, Agile, sdlc/stlc. Hello everyone I wanted a quick suggestion from everyone. I have 3.7 years of experience and currently working as a Devops Engineer in Ericsson with 10 LPA. I am not at all happy with my compensation and I don't see any growth opportunities here. So I want to resign and switch. Is it a good time to switch? Software QA(Automation) having 3 yrs of exp with Salary 12LPA , thinking of switching to Backend dev role . Although here are my few queries : 1. Is QA domain good in long run with respect to salary . 2. Will Dev role be difficult to adapt , as i have exp in development but only in writing test scripts . 3. How much should i expect the staring dev salary to be as compared to my current CTC ? 4. Is it a good switch , say if i stay in QA domain for 2 more years then i guess CTC would be around the ball park of 18 - 20 LPA . But if i switch to dev and gain 2 years of exp will it be able to match the salary of QA ? Thanks in Advance

Is there a way to come out of current company, since notice period is 90 days, not able to get job offers easily(almost nill), every recruiter is expecting joining within 30 days. Not able to manage finances with current salary and at the same time unable to switch. For qa automation role more than 10 years experience. Kindly provide some suggestions.

Hey Folks, I need your suggestions. I am working as a QA Tester presently and have close to 4 years of experience. I am looking to change my job as I am not happy with compensation and even no recognition. But the issue is every time I apply my CV gets rejected. I am not sure what I am doing incorrectly?
