I try do the same too But the body doesn't keep up Head hurts Brain hurts It feels exhausting I am currently hell weak and need to become strong anyhow Do you guys take a break? Get 8 hours of sleep a day. If not 8, atleast 7. Nothing less than 6.
Eat well and take it easy.
Humans need 8 hours of battery charging for every 16 hours of hardwork.

Then wheat about the people who I see work 16 hours a day sleep only 5 hours, I really wanna become strong, I don't want to stay weak but whenever I try to go beyond my limits, the engine of my body breaks completely and I start questioning myself that if I am even suited it or not.

Get your blood work done to rule out vitamin deficiencies. Take it easy. Each one is built differently. Comparisons cannot become benchmarks. When you are able to study, give it your 100%. Take a break when tired. It can be after 2hrs or 16hrs of study. Pushing yourself after a point doesn't help. Student life won't last long. Make the most of this time. Relax. Enjoy the process and the journey💪

Do the best you can friend. Life span is not in our hands. Long or short, try not to stress. Give it your best. That's the most we can do. If you are healthy in mind and body can you take on the responsibilities of your role in the house. Breathe. More power to you.

That's a big problem buddy, most likely the root cause. You need to start exercising. Lifting weights will improve your strength and endurance. And I say that as someone who doesn't like exercise or gyms but forces himself to go everyday.
Also make sure you're having enough protein acc to your body weight (if weight is 60kg then 60g protein everyday, ideally 90g). Cut out sugar and coffee, they are only short unhealthy bursts of energy but cause problems when you crash.
What's necessary is necessary. Doesn't matter what your weight is, your body still needs exercise. Period.
